What is TabiPay?
TabiPay offers a one-click Web3 wallet through social platforms, minimizing the complexity of Web3. It empowers billions of users worldwide (including the unbanked) by providing comprehensive financial services such as crypto card spending, social transfers and tipping, and on-chain wealth management.
What type of wallet does TabiPay use?
TabiPay has designed a smart contract wallet specifically for its TabiCard services. When you use a TabiCard, a dedicated address is generated for you. Currently, this address only supports top-ups and cannot be used for withdrawals or transfers. You can deposit USDT (BEP20) from other wallets or exchange accounts into this wallet address, which serves as the main fund account for your TabiCard. You can then transfer funds from this main account to top up a specific card. No GAS fee is required for this internal transfer.
Is TabiPay secure?
TabiPay's smart contracts have been audited by security firms.
Is TabiPay a card issuer?
TabiPay is not a card issuer, bank, exchange, or asset custodian. The cards are issued by licensed banking partners in their respective jurisdictions.
Does TabiPay have a mobile app?
Currently, TabiPay does not have a native mobile app. You can use the PWA (Progressive Web App) version and add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.

What is TabiCard?
TabiCard is one of TabiPay's core services, designed to provide users with convenient and cost-effective crypto payment cards, allowing the public to easily enjoy convenient and rewarding Web3 financial services. Currently, TabiCard is available in two types: Tabi Lite and Tabi Global, which are designed for different spending amounts and scenarios. TabiCard supports both the Visa and Mastercard networks, enabling users to spend at tens of millions of merchants worldwide. The card is deeply integrated with the TabiPay and TabiChain ecosystem, and cardholders can enjoy exclusive benefits within the TabiChain ecosystem. For TikTok users, TabiCard is a fast-track payment tool that allows for instant card issuance and exclusive rewards.
What type of card is TabiCard?
TabiCard is a crypto prepaid card, which requires you to top up before spending. Overdraft is not supported. It comes in both Visa and MasterCard versions and can be added to third-party payment tools like WeChat Pay, Alipay, and PayPal, or used directly for online payments. Key features include:
- Virtual cards are issued instantly and ready for use. Spending cannot exceed the total balance on the card.
- Cards can be recharged multiple times. The minimum single top-up is $10 USD (or $20 USD for Tabi Global), and the maximum single top-up is $10,000 USD. There is no upper limit on the total recharge amount.
- Virtual cards do not support cash withdrawal, transfers, or receiving payments. The topped-up funds can be used for various daily consumption expenses.
What information is needed to apply for a TabiCard?
The application process for a TabiCard varies depending on the card BIN (Bank Identification Number). Generally, applying for a virtual card is quick and convenient, requiring only basic information such as your name, email address, and phone number. Some BINs may require a passport or other information. Please follow the specific application process for each card BIN. Ensure you provide your real name, phone number, and email address when applying to avoid any issues with your future card usage. Due to compliance requirements, TabiPay cannot provide services to users in certain sanctioned regions.

Is KYC required for TabiCard?
No KYC is required when applying for a Tabi Lite card. However, when applying for a Tabi Global card, you must complete KYC verification before applying.
What are TabiCard’s fees? (0 Issuance Fee, 0 Top-up Fee, 0 Annual Fee)
- Card Issuance Fee:
- Tabi Lite: Free during the early bird phase.
- Tabi Global: 5 USDT during the early bird phase.
- Top-up Fee:
- Tabi Lite: The 0.3% fee is waived during the early bird phase.
- Tabi Global: The 1% fee is waived during the early bird phase.
- Transaction Fee:
- Tabi Lite: For transactions ≤ $1 USD, a fee of $0.1 USD per transaction is charged. During the initial promotion period, the fee for the first transaction of the day is waived. For cross-currency transactions, exchange fees are charged by Visa and MasterCard—TabiPay does not charge for this.
- Tabi Global: A fee of $0.3 USD is charged per authorization. For cross-currency transactions, exchange fees are charged by Visa and MasterCard—TabiPay does not charge for this.
- Foreign Exchange Rate:
- The TabiPay card uses real-time international bank exchange rates, which are very close to the rates found on Google. If your payment amount is very small (e.g., 1-4 RMB), it may trigger a minimum foreign exchange fee, so please try to avoid very small transactions. We recommend using Tabi Global for daily expenses and Tabi Lite for payments on platforms like X or ChatGPT.
- TabiCard charges no annual or monthly fees.
- The on-chain network fees (Gas fees) incurred during card issuance and top-up are covered by TabiPay.
- Initially, only the Tabi Lite card will be launched, with the Tabi Global card to follow in the future.
- For deposits and withdrawals, you will need to pay the corresponding network fee (Gas fee) based on your chosen network. TabiPay does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals.
- When using your TabiPay card, please avoid transactions that deplete your entire balance, as this will leave you with insufficient funds to cover the commission fee and any potential currency exchange fees, leading to a failed transaction due to insufficient funds.
- WeChat Pay/Alipay charges an additional 3% fee for transactions over 200 RMB made with any overseas card. This fee is not charged by TabiPay.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported for TabiCard top-up?
Currently, TabiCard only supports top-ups using USDT (BEP20) on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) network. Support for more networks and cryptocurrencies will be expanded in the future.
How can TabiCard be topped up and funds withdrawn?
When you use a TabiCard, a dedicated smart contract wallet address is generated for you. Currently, this address supports both top-ups and withdrawals. You can deposit USDT (BEP20) from other wallets or exchange accounts into this wallet address, which serves as the main fund account for your TabiCard. You can then transfer funds from this main account to top up a specific card. No GAS fee is required for this internal transfer.
- The Tabi Lite card supports both transferring funds in and out.
- The Tabi Global card supports only transferring funds in; it does not support transferring funds out.
- A top-up fee is charged when adding funds to each card. Please refer to the product page for the specific rate. The Tabi Lite card only charges a top-up fee when adding funds; no fee is charged when withdrawing funds.
Are there recharge and spending limits per card?
- Recharge Limits: Minimum single top-up: $10 USD (or $20 USD for Tabi Global); Maximum single top-up: $10,000 USD. There is no total recharge cap.
- Spending Limits: Single transaction limit: $20,000 USD; Daily spending limit: $250,000 USD; Monthly spending limit: $1,000,000 USD.

What are the usage scenarios for TabiCard?
- It can be used for online payments where Visa or MasterCard are accepted.
- It supports currency conversion at the time of payment; exchange fees depend on the currency, platform, and card network. TabiPay does not charge any fees for this.
- It can be used for a variety of online and offline consumption scenarios, such as advertising spend, cross-border e-commerce, platform storefront rentals, domain/server purchases, and business subscriptions.
- The Tabi Global card supports linking with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Does the TabiCard support ATM withdrawals?
Currently, the TabiCard is only available as a virtual card, which does not support ATM withdrawals. In the future, once TabiPay launches physical cards, they will support ATM withdrawals at machines that accept VISA and Mastercard.
Can I apply for multiple cards of the same type?
No. Each TabiPay account can only apply for one card of each type. If you wish to apply for another card of the same type, you must use a new TabiPay account.
Why can’t I bind my card to Alipay or WeChat Pay?
If you fail to add your TabiCard to WeChat Pay or Alipay, it may be because your WeChat Pay or Alipay account has been flagged as high-risk by their respective risk control systems. Please follow their instructions to lift any restrictions on your account.
How is the 3DS verification code received when using the Tabi Global card?
When making a purchase with your Tabi Global card, please choose to receive the 3DS verification code via email. This should be the email address you provided when applying for the Tabi Global card. Do not select SMS as the method for receiving the code. The verification code will be sent directly to your email by the issuing bank—please check your inbox to retrieve it.

How do I earn TabiPay points and what are they for?
You can earn TabiPay points through the following ways:
- Log in with your TikTok account and receive points as rewards through a lucky draw based on your TikTok account's influence.
- Open a TabiCard.
- Activate your TabiCard.
- Invite friends to open a TabiCard.
- Invite friends to activate a TabiCard.
- Holding Tabi NFTs grants bonus points. Please refer to the Points page for detailed rules. In the future, features for earning points through card top-ups and spending will be added. TabiPay points are your exclusive credential representing your contribution to TabiPay. They can be used to unlock future rewards and benefits and to participate in the TabiChain TGE (Token Generation Event) token airdrop. Please stay tuned to official announcements for specific rules.
